It’s fast and easy to use and it is a ton of fun because the results that can be generated are beautiful and unexpected. The options are pretty endless for how you could use Trypogen.

Drop your object into the Trypogen plugin and create unique shapes instantly. With multiple mesh modes and subdivision types, you can toggle through organic smooth objects or hard-surfaced chiseled effects.

By Throwing in a fracture object or a cloner you can get nice inner detail or spiraling objects that look beautiful and intricate. This plugin is fast and snappy in the viewport.

SplinePatch is a plugin for Cinema 4D that can generate a surface from three or four guide splines. the plugin was created to be an object generator in Cinema 4D and works parametrically which is good for saving time and flexibility.

With The SplineCage feature in SplinePatch, you can set the splines defining the object as a spline cage. The SplineCage object works as a generator. It creates stable connections at the intersections of all splines of the cage.

These connection points can then be moved around easily. They are even retained when you are editing the single splines in the cage.

Topoformer (or Topology Deformer) is a very good object deformer plugin that alters the topology of objects based on a number of predefined algorithms in the plugin while still keeping the original geometry-shape intact. The plugin features plenty of options to tweak the way each topotype behaves while everything is in a procedural state.

Some of the features:
The ability to Completely change the topology of any polygon or primitive objects.

Using fields and effectors to gain greater control and easily create endless variations of the topology procedurally

Easy Chesterfield is a free plugin that is good for creating Chesterfield effects for pillows, couches, sofas, and so on.
Model your pillow using a quadrangular mesh by matching the center of the folds with the vertices of the mesh, select them and press the “Create Chesterfield” button, the plugin will modify automatically the object hierarchy and create a chesterfield parametric object.
By changing its properties you can change in real-time the appearance of Chesterfield.
Within the plugin, you find a button cloner tool, if you need it, you can clone your custom button and place it automatically over the fold centers.
The button will be cloned according to its Z-axis position.

The NoiseScape Plugin is used to simplify the usage of displacements inside Cinema 4D. It is very handy and easy to use, this plugin covers all the aspects of displacements with a variety of controls at hand, all procedural and noise-driven! Not everyone is going to find this tool interesting or useful but it certainly has some practical uses that will save artists a ton of time.

9_Interior Builder

Interior Builder is a plugin that helps to create many kinds of furniture in a short period of time which is very useful for interior designers.

The plugin is composed of two sets of objects and a bake command.
The first set is the main object kit and it’s composed of all elements of a typical piece of furniture: layout, door, drawer, shelf, leg, and so on.
The second set is composed of two parametric splines already available on Cinema 4D but with a restricted set of functions.

Chain Generator is a Cinema 4D plugin that helps users to create and animate any kind of mechanical chain in a short period of time.

This plugin is simple to use and all is needed is to Draw an open spline on the front view, click on Create Chain button, and in spline point mode try to connect the chain with drag and drop.

The plugin automatically takes care of the rigging and creating controls. the chain is parametric, it is possible to customize the ring type or model a new one and use it.

Some of the practical applications of this plugin are, for example, creating chainsaw, tank chain, bicycle chain, and much more.

This simple plugin is interesting because it creates a quick setup for animating dynamic ropes by simply creating a rope object, placing the spline under the HoRope object, and then adjusting the settings.

This plugin doesn’t seem to have a lot of practical applications, but it can generate very good results and save a lot of time when dealing with something like electric wires, especially, in streets or rooms that have too many cables, it can be used to create rope ladders and much more.

3_QuadriFlow

Quadriflow is a plugin for Cinema 4D based on the open-source Quadriflow library on Github.

This is a tool that is used to instantly quadrangulate meshes from sculpts or from high-density 3D scans. It was developed by software engineer Ryan Gordon. The plugin lets modelers use scalable and robust methods for quadrangulation right from Cinema 4D.

The reason why we need tools like Quadriflow is the fact that models often have a very high polycount and impossible to use in a real-time working environment, especially video game environments where polycount is vital. This is where retopology comes in – using a combination of the right tools and techniques, it is possible to reduce the mesh density while keeping enough details from the high poly version.

2_NitroBox tool

NitroBox tool is a plugin for hard surface modeling.  With this tool, it is possible to create details on hard surfaces like other plugins available for other software such as 3ds Max, Maya or Blender.

NitroBox tool supports cloning, mirroring, using splines to add detail, bevel just to name some of the features.

I think plugins like these are some of the best modeling tools, especially for hard surface artists that create complex robots, spaceships, weapons, and so on. Because this type of work involves creating so many small pieces and plugins like this can be really handy. From the first look at it, you can realize that what this tool does in a few minutes will probably need an hour to accomplish. And I believe this where the future of modeling is headed.

Paid/ € 40: https://nitro4d.com/product/nitroboxtool/

1_Meshboolean

Meshboolean is a plugin for Cinema 4D that will help you detail Hard Surface models using Boolean operations, it is easy to use and it can generally speaking, save time by helping modelers create complex details on hard surfaces.

MeshBoolean gives modelers instant live bevels on intersections, it has sub-boolean options with support for symmetry. The good thing about this plugin is helping artists carve out complex shapes and build objects more creatively, without having to worry about the technical issues that usually consume a lot of time.

Paid/ € 50 : https://www.thegreatsummit.com/product/meshboolean/

Unfortunatelly Trypogen is actually not working on C4D higher than R22 so its quite useless.
It has not been updated for a while.

    Just for your information.

    Cheers.
